How does an appointment at our workshop work?

Online booking

Fill in the form with your contact details, the model of your Mac and the nature of the problem. You'll receive confirmation by e-mail within an hour.

Free diagnosis

On the day of the appointment, our technician will analyse your Mac in your presence. You will receive a detailed quotation with the exact price, timeframe and parts required.

Repair and return

If you accept the estimate, we will proceed with the repair. Most repairs are carried out within 24 to 48 hours. We will contact you as soon as your Mac is ready.

The initial diagnosis takes around 15 to 30 minutes. If the repair can be carried out immediately, allow 1 to 3 hours depending on the nature of the work. For complex faults, we keep your Mac and contact you within 24 to 48 hours.

We recommend that you book at least one day in advance to guarantee a suitable slot. In an emergency, please call us directly.
