Yes, the full diagnosis of your Mac is free, whether or not you agree to the repair. You'll receive a detailed estimate within 24 hours, and you're free to collect your device free of charge.

What types of intervention do you offer?

Four modes: repair in the Berchem-Sainte-Agathe workshop, home assistance throughout Belgium, pick-up and delivery by courier, or remote assistance via split-screen.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, QR code, bank transfer and bank cards (Bancontact). Payment on return of your repaired Mac.

What guarantee do you offer on repairs?

180-day guarantee covering parts and labour. In the event of a similar problem, we will intervene free of charge.
