The MacBook Neo ushers in a new era at Apple: it's the first Mac equipped with an A-series chip (A18 Pro), derived from the iPhone 16 Pro. This new architecture requires a level of repair expertise that traditional repair centres do not yet offer.
The MacBook Neo is a compact device whose RAM (8 GB) and SSD (256 or 512 GB) are soldered to the motherboard. Upgrading is not possible, but repair and maintenance are essential to extend its lifespan.

No. Memory (8 GB) and storage (256 or 512 GB) are soldered directly to the motherboard, as on the iPad. No hardware upgrades are possible after purchase. However, we can optimise software performance with a clean reinstall of macOS Tahoe or a system clean-up.
Yes. MacBook Neo is the first Mac to feature an A-series chip, derived from the iPhone 16 Pro. Its architecture differs from the M1/M2/M3/M4 chips used in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. Our workshop has been specifically equipped and trained to work on this new platform.
Switch it off immediately, unplug the USB-C charger and never switch it on again. The MacBook Neo's casing is only 1.27 cm thick: the liquid quickly reaches the internal components. Contact us within 24 hours for ultrasonic deoxidation. The faster the intervention, the greater the chances of recovery.
