Unlike the Apple Store, we come to the location of your choice. Where Apple support asks you to prepare a shipment or make an appointment at the Genius Bar, we offer an in-home service within 24 to 48 hours, even for products that no longer have an AppleCare Protection Plan. Our packages are all-inclusive, with no hidden charges, and we offer a personalised relationship that you won't find in an Apple centre.
For simple problems (printer, software virus, e-mail configuration): Discovery Package 1h (€170). For medium-sized operations (upgrade, data transfer, several problems) : Standard 2h package (€270). For complex projects (training, several devices, large transfers) : Sérénité 3h package (€360).
Yes, our 180-day guarantee covers both spare parts (batteries, screens, components) and labour. If an identical problem occurs within 6 months of our intervention, we will intervene again free of charge.
For the Sérénité package (3 hours), a rate of €65/hour applies beyond this. For the Discovery and Standard packages, we will offer you the option of concluding the service or moving up to a higher package. We monitor the time and inform you before any overrun.
Yes, for all work carried out in Brussels (19 municipalities), travel is included. For work outside Brussels (Walloon and Flemish Brabant), a supplement of €50 applies. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
No, the packages cover software support and labour. For hardware repairs (battery replacement, screen, keyboard, etc.), we will draw up a separate estimate on site. Diagnosis of the hardware problem is included in the package, and we will then provide you with a quotation for the repair, including parts.
