Once you have downloaded the tool, you can send us your ID and the password temporary. You see everything we do on your screen in real time and can interrupt the session at any time.

All software problems: slow Mac, system bugs, viruses, mail/iCloud configuration, software installation, network problems, user training. Hardware problems (battery, screen, keyboard, hard drive) require workshop intervention.

TeamViewer (the simplest), AnyDesk (the fastest on slow connections) and RustDesk (open source alternative). You choose the tool that suits you best.

AES-256 encryption, temporary session with unique password, explicit authorisation required, automatic closure at the end of the session. You remain in total control. We never use a permanent VPN or persistent access.

For third-party software (TeamViewer/AnyDesk), download and launch the application. For Apple native remote management, go to System Settings, then General, then Sharing, and activate "Remote Management" or "Screen Sharing".

For software problems, it's just as effective, if not quicker, because there's no travel time. Our technician sees exactly what you see and can perform the same operations. Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.
