A standard intervention lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours. You can leave your Mac in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. For older models with a removable battery (pre-2012 Unibody), replacement takes around 20 minutes.

Prices vary depending on the model: from €95 incl. VAT for a MacBook Pro Unibody, to €245 incl. VAT for the latest generation Apple Silicon. Visit diagnosis is free of charge and the estimate is sent to you before any commitment is made.
Keep your charge level between 20% and 80% as far as possible. Avoid full discharges at 0%. Don't use your Mac on soft surfaces that block ventilation and cause overheating. Check the battery status regularly in the macOS system settings.
The Apple Store may deem a model obsolete and refuse to repair it. Our workshop has been working on all Macs since 2008, often costing 30 to 50% less and providing a fast service. What's more, we don't reset your machine and your data remains intact.
Replacing the battery does not affect your hard drive or SSD. Your files remain intact. As a precaution, however, we recommend that you make a Time Machine backup before any work is carried out. Our data recovery is available if required.
