2. General terms and conditions of sale and use

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as «GTCS») govern the contractual relationship between :

  • The Seller: Réparation MAC, whose contact details are given above.
  • Any individual or legal entity making a purchase or ordering a service (hereinafter referred to as «the Customer»).

Article 1: Preamble

The GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales and repair services.

Article 2: Purpose and scope

They apply to all orders and requests for quotations. The Customer declares that he/she has read and accepted them before placing any order.

Article 3: Products and Services

The characteristics of the services are described on the site. Photographs are non-contractual.

Article 4: Prices

Prices are given in euros, inclusive of tax. They are those in force at the time the order or quotation is validated.

Article 5: Ordering

Validation of a quotation or an order by the Customer implies full acceptance of these GTS.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card or cash at the workshop, according to the agreed terms. The order or repair is not final until payment has been confirmed.

Article 7: Delivery / Collection

Repairs must be collected from the workshop. Repair times are given as an indication only.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply repair services begun with the express agreement of the Customer before the end of this period.

Article 9: Guarantees

The Seller is liable for defects in conformity and latent defects in accordance with the law.

  • Duration : New parts and labour are guaranteed for 6 months. Second-hand or reconditioned parts come with a 1-month guarantee, for peace of mind.
  • Exclusions : the warranty does not cover physical damage (broken screen, fall, oxidation) or liquid damage occurring after the repair.
  • Equipment in the workshop : equipment entrusted for quotation or repair will be kept for a maximum of 3 months from the date of receipt. After this period without recovery by the Customer, the Vendor reserves the right to dispose of them (destruction, recovery of parts). The Seller declines all responsibility for loss of data. It is the Customer's responsibility to make a prior backup.

Article 10: Liability

The Seller may not be held liable in the event of force majeure. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage.

Article 11: Intellectual property

All the elements of the site (texts, images) are the exclusive property of Réparation MAC. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

Article 12: Protection of Personal Data

The data collected is used to manage orders and customer relations. In accordance with the RGPD, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition. To exercise this right, please contact us at the e-mail address indicated.

Article 13: Disputes

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction, after an attempt has been made to resolve the dispute amicably.
